The footballer and the Club signed an employment contract valid for 2 years. The footballer was seriously injured at the beginning of the second season, and he had to surgery in Moscow. After discussing the problem with the management of the club and the team doctor, the footballer decided to carry out the operation in Moscow at his own expense, as the head of the Club verbally promised to compensate him for the costs later. At the same time, after the employee sent the bill to the Club for payment, the Club paid only part of the costs, refusing to pay the remaining amount.
