Plot of the case:
The footballer signed an employment contract with a foreign club for a period of one year. For six months of work, the footballer received only one salary, then the footballer turned to us for legal assistance. It was necessary to terminate the employment contract and collect all debts from the club, as well as compensation for early termination of the employment contract.
Decision:
Our team filed a claim and negotiated with the Club, which only partially repaid the debt, after which we terminated the employment contract with the Club unilaterally and filed a claim for compensation for termination of the contract in the amount of wages before the expiration date of the employment contract.
